Excellent hotel and Priceline is great.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. I have no complaints except that the room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00. We waited over an hour and they offered us drinks and free parking to compensate.

Hotel was amazing. Nice little gym room with fresh water that had lemon peels in it, refrigerator with towels, headphones to borrow. Staff was very friendly and could tell they really care about your stay at this hotel. Food was very good as well, ordered room service a couple of times. It was 24/7 so it came in handy at 3:30am. ...read more

Beyond expectations, clean and comfortable rooms with many amenities. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Especially the valet staff.

The hotel was beautiful, but I was not happy with pets having the run of the place. Parking was too high.

I paid in cash for my meal.
Good location for proximity to major thoroughfares, good modern appearance with clean and comfortable arrangements, good room (with great mattress! and interesting view of street below), great art gallery, very professional staff who were 100 percent polite and helpful in the most sincere manner. ...read more

Parking at the hotel is $21 a night for self parking, and that is too much. The parking garage doesn't have pedestrian zones to walk in so it isn't safe. The neighbors in the suite behind us could clearly be heard having a good time at all hours of the night. The rooms are small. After a football game, when the crowd was large trying to use the three elevators, somebody asked about stairs. They told us they don't have any. There is no free breakfast. The craftsmanship of the areas outside the elevators is lousy. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel is the staff is knowledgeable about the town and gives good tips. Otherwise, the hotel is a bust. ...read more

The location was good for us. The lobby area was very nice looking. The beds were comfortable but the bed linens irritated our skin very badly! And I am not allergic to anything nor have sensitive skin. The hotel is an older hotel and this is noticeable in the hallways and in the room. There were some updates/remolding done in the room but overall not as nice as expected. ...read more

$10 a day for internet access is a major drawback. Other than that, the room was decent, mostly clean, and the HDTV is a nice touch.
